Novolog to Report 2021 Full Year and Fourth Quarter Results and Host Conference Call on 14.3.22
Novolog (Pharm-Up 1966) Ltd. is honored to announce that its financial statements for 2021 will be published on Monday, March 14, 2022, on the distribution website of the Securities Authority at www.magna.isa.gov.il, and on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange website at www.maya.tase.co.il.
Following the publication of the financial statements, the Company will hold a conference call to review the Company's financial statements for 2021, on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM using the ZOOM app. To join the call you can use the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86394922322
The conference call does not replace the need to review the Company's financial statements and the Board of Directors' Report as of December 31, 2021, as well as the immediate reports and presentations published by the Company from time to time, including full forward-looking information in accordance with section 32A of the Securities Law, 1968.
